Ash Cottage has a wealth of original features including flagstone floors throughout the ground floor. Great for dogs!
In the living area is a large inglenook fireplace with woodburner, original bread oven and salt store. With a comfy sofa and armchairs it is a great place to relax after a day out exploring. TV with freeview and BT Sport, DVD and Music system are provided for entertainment together with a host of games.
There is ample space for eating at the antique oak dining table.
Two sash windows look down the village street and to the mountains beyond
The cream kitchen is fitted with plenty of units, a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven with grill and a hob, wine fridge and dishwasher. There is a kitchen table and 2 chairs and plenty of space for storage. There are Stone walls and beams. .
From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the very pretty bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom has an antique iron bedstead with good quality bedding. There are beams and stone walls, a wardrobe provides ample hanging space.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a pair of matching twin beds with again good quality bedding. There are oak beams and a wardrobe.
The Bathroom: A large and light bathroom with a bath, overhead electric shower, handbasin and toilet.
Up a couple of stairs from the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine/dryer, drying rack and a second toilet.
The secure rear garden is well kept and walled with lawn and a pretty summer house. Garden furniture is provided.
